We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Trace desktop application and platform solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of the MIT Open Source license where applicable.
Trace monitors metrics and analytics for your AI systems. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your usage of all monitored AI tools complies with applicable local, national, and international laws, including data protection regulations.
Trace is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, secure, or run without interruptions.
We reserve the right to revise or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after updates are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
